Collaborative European NeuroTrauma Effectiveness Research in TB1

CENTER-TBI is a research scientific project supported by the grand scheme of European Commission called the Framework Programme 7. Its main aim is to improve the diagnostics and medical treatment of brain injuries, which are globally referred to as "the quiet epidemic".

 This project lasts already 7 years (October 2013 – September 2020) and is involved 38 organizations from all over the world. More information can be found at the official webpage CENTER-TBI  or in attached project document of FZaSP.


CONFIDE – strengthening of public health research capacity to inform about policies based on evidence in Tunisia

The aim of this project is to strengthen the public health research capacity to inform evidence-based policies in Tunisia. In doing so, the project responds to the regional and national priorities of the partner countries, which were set out by the European Union, and meets their specific public health needs and priorities by developing and implementing the Center for Evidence into Health Policy (C4EHP), which are maintained by all project partners to the benefit of the three Tunisian universities involved in this project: University of TunisUniversity of Sfax and University of Sousse. C4EHP acts as a resource institute to support networking between academic and non-academic environment, providing educational modules and facilitating the implementation of trainee internship placements in connection to the field of Public Health evidence-based policies. The project is coordinated by the Cluj School of Public Health at Babes Bolyai University (UBB) in Romania, in partnership with the Department of Public Health at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) in Denmark, and our university. Trnava University will be involved in establishing of the Center for Evidence into Health Policy, in educational modules in the field of public health research, health promotion policies and evidence-based public health policies – especially in evidence-based policies, in the quality assurance activities and in project results dissemination.
